While you relax in a comfortable position sitting down, soothing sounds from singing bowls, chimes, drums, and tuning forks envelop you in waves of vibrational medicine. For our July Community Lunch we'll have a "picnic" together in the kitchen and then take an afternoon walk to the park. Bring your favorite sharable dish and meet us at 12:30 for a good old-fashioned summer potluck. We'll supply the drinks, plates, and cutlery.
