Alicia studied massage therapy at the East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland Oregon. Through her years of practice she has cultivated a style that is focused on whole body integration. She uses the flow of Swedish, the relief achieved through deep tissue and the slow approach of myofascial release to encourage open space, which translates to experiencing our bodies with more ease and comfort. As a busy working mother she understands the need for self care to create a balanced life. She is excited to bring that balance to all the folks at VIDA Coworking!
